Marta
I like how much expression a few small marks can carry. Here, the whiskers spread from a pale muzzle, the cheeks are softly pink, and the little smile sits beneath a bold black nose. Around that face, separate pieces of felt open into a broad mane. Their pale colour lets the golden face stay at the centre.

I like the plain lower edge on this shade. With no fringe beneath it, my eye stays with the broad mane and the leaves around the face. The lion has plenty of character in a few small marks. I wanted to give those whiskers and rosy cheeks room to be noticed.
