From paper to part of home

Her idea.
A little more at home.

This piece began with a girl’s drawing of her dream lamp. A dog inside a great red heart, stars, a pink background and bright details along the bottom. Marta turned that idea into the lamp shown here.

The dog took shape in layers of felt. The heart stayed big and red. Colourful pompoms carried the playfulness of the drawing around the shade. The materials changed, but the idea remained recognisably hers.

That is the lovely possibility of a custom piece: making part of their room from something they brought into the world. Art to live with, and a small expression of the home a parent hopes to make. Somewhere their child can look around and recognise a little of themselves.

    Discuss how the idea could work in fabric and felt, along with the size, cable and practical details. Each request needs its own design, price and timing.

    Agree the piece

    Confirm the details with Marta before ordering. Custom work is made to order, so mention your country and any date you have in mind at the beginning.
