The long necks give this pair their character before any smaller detail comes into view. I like the difference in their heights and the way the tails curl beneath them. Brown edges frame the pale felt, while uneven spots and little ribbed belly patches give each body more to look at.

There is a little humour in fitting such long necks into this small picture. The rounded outlines and earthy colours keep my attention on the pair, rather than on how enormous dinosaurs can be. I like seeing the two different heights together. They suggest company, but leave whoever is looking free to imagine the rest.
